Cancellations are accepted up to Thursday night prior to weekend. Members: three (3) advance TELEPHONE or EMAIL cancellations count as one walk due to the walk list readjusting work involved. Non-Members: two (2) advance cancellations count as one outing. No shows and late cancellations count as an outing. No pets please, many areas we explore do no allow them.
